Brenda was a true professional in our bumpy quest to buy a home in Grand Lake, CO. We were completing renovations on our existing home to prepare to sell it and looking for a new home to live in at the same time. With few options to find the kind of property we wanted in the short time frame we had, Brenda helped us negotiate a deal that worked and gave us time to get our other house under contract to be sold. Then when our lender dropped the ball, she helped us secure an extension with our seller so we could get a backup plan for a loan done in less than two weeks. Brenda knows the contracts inside and out and helped us understand our options when the stress levels were through the roof and we had tough choices to make. She is also supportive and compassionate, which we really needed to stay strong and make good decisions at crunch time. Brenda is an excellent real estate agent.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and had almost zero knowledge about the process of buying a house. Luckily, we met Brenda Kellen and her team. She listened to what we wanted, but more importantly found out who we were as people. She knew what we needed and wanted and she found us a home that matched who we are. As many of you know, Grand County is extremely competitive, and my wife and I didn't have the financial power some other buyers do, that being said Brenda fought for us and helped us find the perfect situation. Brenda was kind to meet us on a weekend to look for our mountain property. Very knowledgeable about the area and made things easier. Had never bought lade before however because of her it was simple. If any is looking in Kremmling, we would recommend her.
