Bighorn Park is located 15 miles northeast of Kremmling. Access is off county maintained roads until inside the subdivision, where the roads are maintained by the homeowners association. There is a gate that is locked at the entrance to the subdivision. There are approximately 150 lots in the subdivision with acreage ranging from 2+ acres to 16+ acres, horses allowed. Lots vary in price from $18,000 – $100,000 and homes from $150,000 – $400,000. Dues to the HOA are approx. $200/year and the HOA has quarterly board meetings, a yearly cleanup and yearly association meeting.
